Steps of phase 2

  • Step 1: Selection of business ideas to test

    Evaluation of the ideas and types of experiments to carry out.

  • Step 2: Design and construction of the PMV

    What hypothesis do I want to validate? What characteristic does the MVP (minimum viable product) has to have?

    Compilation of results and recommendations. Testing of 2-4 business ideas.
