Is it possible to work together with other organizations to add to your clients? Thanks to Pentagrowth, five of the Colombian Chambers of Commerce managed to create a joint innovation unit that allowed them to work from a Chamber System vision to respond to a common problem. The result was a coordinated and unprecedented response through which five of the Colombian Chambers of Commerce managed to sit down and work together to innovate.

Can an advertising agency reformulate its value proposition when its business space has been reduced? With Pentagrowth, Dommo built an innovative business proposal that stems from the awareness that advertising is still necessary, but it is no longer enough and that creativity must be applied throughout the value chain and customer experience. The result was PS21, a new space in the provision of growth services based on cultural interaction.

And 10 years from now, how do you imagine your business? Together with Baxi, we started a face-to-face Pentagrowth innovation consultancy to design new business models that respond to changes in the energy sector and consumers, while combating the planet's CO2 emissions.

The result was the creation of Baxi Solutions, an internal unit that integrates new services to participate in the energy design of new buildings.

Can opportunities arise to change the perspective and recombine the assets available in the hotel environment? Together with Accor Hotels, we created Accor Local, an initiative that put underused spaces within the reach of local citizens who were looking for a gym, a meeting space, a place to manage delivery services, a room to carry out their yoga classes, or other activities. The result was an expansion of business possibilities and a better relationship with the environment.

How to contribute to the economic growth of the city? Following this premise, the participating teams co-created two solutions: creating a platform that offers a comprehensive offer of work, housing, transport and leisure for future digital nomads residing in Barcelona and designing an initiative that allows self-management in neighborhoods to promote the local production and generate new jobs.

Together with ACCIÓ, we participated with the Pentagrowth methodology in two disruptive innovation workshops with around 100 participants to explore the scenarios of (im)mobility due to COVID-19 and the circular economy to find ideas that contribute to its improvement.

Based on the vision of Uruguay as a disruptive center of the new reality, we call on the country's innovation ecosystem to generate innovative ideas based on different future scenarios in a joint effort between Quanam and Ideas For Change.

This process led to the imagining of a model for Uruguay to "live, work and innovate".

We collaborate in the conceptualization of the new ESADE degree: the 'Bachelor in Transformational Business and Social Impact' (BITBASI). This pioneering educational offer offers the necessary skills to anticipate challenges and contribute to improving society and the planet through innovative businesses.

Pentagrowth participated in the acceleration program of the European project DLT4EU, helping initiatives to incorporate blockchain into circular economy and digital citizenship challenges. This process allowed accelerating the application of this technology to solve social and environmental challenges.

DLT4EU aims to activate a pioneering distributed technology (DLT) ecosystem within the European Union and create companies with social impact that are ready to enter the market.

Through regenerative tourism, local entities, the commercial axis, entrepreneurs and members of the sociocultural fabric worked in a participatory process in order to relaunch the economic activity of the District, through the Pentagrowth-CARE methodology, generating a joint initiative of regenerative tourism that allows provide Sant Andreu with responsible visitors.
